I need to upgrade my server but before i can do that, i must make list of all the software/packages that needed to be upgrade and put the details what does this upgrade do. It's like Debian Packages Changelog where i couldn't find it for Ubuntu. Anyone can help me how to do this?
My server used Ubuntu Dapper and never been upgraded since the first install.
