how to install languages in ubuntu?

I've got a little trouble (it's big) in my computer...

I wanna add the arabic language to my computer...

But i can't...

I've try to add the language from System>Admin>Language Support...

It's not work...

I wanna write and read the Arabic language...

PLS Help Me...
