Hi, and Happy New Year!

I am a first time ubuntu user, and I just installed it on my HP Vista Desktop with the dual boot option.

So, when I select to start ubuntu, I get a screen which says "Checking File Systems" and it says stuff underneath it like "*Starting ACPI modules.... [ok]" and continues like that with other items. Then at "Starting Bluetooth" it freezes, and I'm pretty sure its because my computer does not have built in bluetooth. Ubuntu worked fine when I booted it from the CD, but know that I've installed it, it is stuck/frozen.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Now, after I rebooted a couple times, it now stops at

[1369.307121] pan0: Dropping NETIF_F_UFO since no NETIF_F_HW_CSUM feature.

What does this mean? Do I need to reinstall Ubuntu? If so, how am I supposed to do it?

Thanks

Hi!
I'm thinking about reinstalling Ubuntu. How do I do it so I reuse the partition I made last time?

Thank You
