Install libmotif-dev 2.* version

I'm running Ubuntu 8.04.

Long story short...

I have a Blackberry 8330 that I'm trying to tether to my Ubuntu install and the software has some specific requirements.

I have openmotif-2.2.3 installed from source. I also need to install libmotif-dev for the 2.2.3 version. The only available version of libmotif-dev I can find are libmotif3. (which is in the Ubuntu repositories even though they are listed as 2.2.3 look at the dependencies. It doesn't work.).

Any ideas on where I can find the 2.* version of libmotif-dev?

Problem resolved.

I follwed the directions on this page and installed everything from source.
