After I installed Compiz, the sound on my computer stopped working. I know it is not the speakers, it is a dual boot system and the speakers work on windows xp, but just dont work on ubuntu. I have no idea what is going on as I have had Ubuntu for only little more than a month. Any help would be appreciated very much.
