Scroll problem

A while bck I installed a add-on in Firefox that caused the scrolling down to slow down stopping the easy fast scrolling. It now just scrolls a little at a time. I cannot locate that Add-on and have looked everywhere. It was an option when the newer version of Firefox was offered. I am beside myself looking for this to disable it. It is not in my Add-0n file either. can anyone please help me locate this....Thank you so very much

Type in "about:config" into your address bar. Take a look through it. Anything you set as a user should be in bold. Look for anything that might be related to your problem, and look up what that option does on Google, but DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT THE OPTION DOES!

Until you get this fixed, use the pageup and pagedown keys.
