NoScript won't install

I've been running Xubuntu for time time on several machines and always managed to get the Firefox plug-in "NoScript" installed by starting Firefix under sudo and going to www.noscript.net site. Just won't go on this machine though. The error message says to refer to the "Error Console log" but I have no idea where to find it.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

You can find the error console for firefox by clicking on Tools>Error Console in firefox.
