Phenoms and TLB Errata questions

I'm building the parents a computer, and I'm going with a AMD Quadcore Phenom. I know that the 9x00 chips have the TLB problem. I imagine Ubuntu is fine because of the kernel patch; however, I'm wondering about Windows. My stepdad will be using XP (32-bit) in Virtualbox.
I think that Virtualbox lets the native code run on the CPU; would there be any problems with Windows on this CPU?

I use a dual core and have no problems with xp32 bit in VB. You might also want to check out the virtualization forums in here.
