question about install using the alternate cd..

I'm using an alternate cd that I copied to a server and share using http, so I can boot the clients over the network and install ubuntu accessing the via mirror, but using my server instead, anyway the question is does the client pull any files from the ubuntu mirror or rpos during this install even though I'm using the alternate cd?
