about the top nav menus

My Applications, Places, and System menus aren't showing up anymore. How do I bring them back?

Is the "Navbar" gone also???. Did you happen to set it to "Autohide"??

No it's not. I have my Main Menu, time, and all that good stuff, just not those 3 text menus. How can I get them back?

You need to add a Menu Bar to the panel
