View Full Version : [ubuntu] [SOLVED] Can't connect to my secure home wireless network

I just got a new notebook I decided that I would get ubuntu 8.10 for it, but it won't let me connect to my secure wireless home network. It keeps on going back to the network password window and makes me type in the password over and over again. The network works for all of my other PC's and my IPod touch. How would I make it work?

Are you sure youre imputing the password right? On many occasion ive forgot that CAPSLOCK MATTERS. Is the password all uppercase, lowercase, or mixed?

I had this problem with ubuntu's network manager and had to do it manually through a terminal.
