512 MB. i want to ad one thing that i had ubuntu as application on my XP those options were present.

Did you by chance disable any power services or sessions?

i.e,
system/preferences/sessions

or

system/administration/services

and in services, only "braille display management" is only deactivated.

It seems Power Manager is missing in Sessions

I found,the exact path is - /usr/bin/gnome-power-manager
