Firefox and my Top panel bar

Hello experts,
Every time I open Firefox it makes dissapear my top panel bar (Applications - Places - System ). To fix this I always have to press F11 to enable the Firefox full screen mode and the hit F11 back.

Does anyone knows how to fix this?
