Greetings, I have been using a MacBook 3,1 as my main machine for quite a time however. I for christmas got the Acer Aspire One I requested and have been attempting to install ubuntu via usb flash drive. When booting into it (Created with 8.10's live usb creator thingy), it shows the screen to choose how to boot. Then I click to try ubuntu with no changes. It then attempts to boot presenting me with the splash screen but before it finishes it suddenly drops to initramfs. Help!

Edit: Reinstalling onto the usb stick for the third time corrected the issue.
