FAT32 is definitely accessible from Ubuntu.

in fact, linux will allow you to make a partition bigger than 32GB unlike windows. Not that there is a limitation in windows; but the windows partition tool simply wont let you without 3rd party applications. (forces you to use the preferred NTFS)

motorola phones work on FAT-x. But i heard that we cannot install ubuntu on FAT-x file system, Is it true?

if its proprietary it would take somebody to reverse engineer it; and seeing as its not something huge like NTFS, its not going to happen.

my motorola phone seems compatible with ubuntu.
