Just installed Adobe Air (http://get.adobe.com/air/). I only have one Adobe Air App, GMDEsk (http://www.robertnyman.com/gmdesk/), a stand-alone tool that runs Google Apps.
What other Adobe Air Apps can you recommend? :)

Snackr. It's pretty useful and grabs RSS sources to present to you.

"Adobe AIR could not be installed because this is not a supported Linux distribution. Only RPM- and Debian-based Linux distributions are supported."
WTF is wrong with you Adobe? Jeez! Get it right! At least Flash is good now.

Strange, Air installed itself via flash when I went to the beta BBC iPlayer site...It just asked me for my sudo password and installed system wide. I did remove it straightaway though, iPlayer with Air has the same quality as the flash streams...

Adobe Air installs applications as packages on the user's system. For .debs, it makes .debs, for .rpms, it makes .rpms. For god-knows-what, it currently does nothing apparently.
Anyway, I like AOL top 100 videos things. Google Analytics is rather nice too.

Adobe Air pwns. It's not just because it has great apps, it's also because of the convenience of having it easily installed on different platforms.
