Hello,
A client wants me to install Ubuntu on a server "HP RX1620".
To me, this is a totally new hardware, allthough the server came out in 2004.
I was wondering if some one had already come accross this hardware and if there is anything not supported by Ubuntu?
The description of the server is:
"ia64 hp server rx1620 - Intel(R) Itanium 2 Family Processor "
I am planning on installing Ubuntu 8.10 64bit Server edition.
The instalation itself will be remote, since I won't have phisical access to the server, so I am abit confused on how I will make it boot into install mode.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.
