I would like to change my fonts from the command line without going through the gui for gnome. Is this possible?

I dunno if its possible, but why not use the GUI?

My fonts become so corrupted I can hardly read any of the menus. If I change the font, things suddenly become readable. If I could set up a cron script to rotate fonts every 4-6 hours that would be great. There must be a way!
