!help!

when ever i try to install something it comes up with this error message:

for example.. ma cuz downloaded this random Pokemon game and it came out like this

i tryed the java fila and it wouldn't work

ma cuz downloaded this random pokemon game file and it wouldnt work..
nothing will work..
im beguinning to wish i had stayed with windows..

please help me:(:(
