Install theme?

I was wondering how to install this as a gtk theme http://thrynk.deviantart.com/art/Fawn-GTK-55441020. I tried draging and droping to the theme tab and it didnt work.

The achive on that site contains a gtk theme as well as a xfce theme. Extract Fawn-gtk.tar.gz from the archive and install it.
