adept updater appears to be stuck in a loop

Initiated an auto update from the adept tool. It keeps downloading 68% of the same file over and over again. It's been running about 5 minutes so far. The description of the file it's down loading is http://e17.dunnewind.net hardy/e17 libevas0 0.9.9.050+svn20081210-0hardy2.

It did the same thing yesterday for about 20 minutes and I canceled it.

Any suggestions?
