Nice catch but i think it is not a rip.It is way different than ubuntu logo.

There are tons and tons of logos which use that concept .. I don't consider them rip offs .. they are different enough from Ubuntu

Yeah, it does look a lot like the Ubuntu logo, but there are plenty of other logs that also look similar.
