[SOLVED] Remove Ubuntu from Bootable USB Disk

Hello,
I made a bootable usb flash disk, by using the tool inside Ubuntu 8.10; I had(&still have!) a lot of other files on the usb disk. Now, I wan't to remove Ubuntu from my flash disk. I can't format it because of the other files, and it take a lot of time to delete Ubuntu's files one by one. Is there any easy way for this?

...Selecting all, deselecting the files you want to keep, and then deleting?
I think any elaborate solution is more trouble than it's worth, unless you have a ridiculous quantity of files on there.
Although somebody more skilled in programming than I might be able to whip something up in Python or BASH or something...

move the files you want to keep off into a temporary folder on the computers hdd, then format the drive.

select the files you want to keep, then, in nautilus, click 'edit'>'invert selection' and then delete.
