Hello guys and everyone...

I don't really understand that ubuntu developers said each version of new release is supported for 18 monts.
But before 18 months passed, some library packages for such release seem unavailable.

Here am I just looking for libxine-extracodecs for hardy 8.04 Ubuntu and Kubuntu but, it's unavailable.

Should I delete such hardy 8.04 from my laptop then install new version of ubuntu/kubuntu release? Wow, If so seem for each 5 to 7 month I have to refresh my laptop by "delething OS"...

In Synaptic Package Manager:
Settings> repositories> Ubuntu Software check all
Settings> repositories> Update> check all
Then reload.
