I have trouble restarting my computer. Using "restart" causes the computer to hang on the boot screen. I have to "Shut down" then press the power button again to turn it back on and it works fine.
Also, I used Xubuntu and every time I shut down I have to go to the desktop setting manager to "allow xfce to manage the desktop." It does not save this setting when I shut down. How do I fix these?
