Hi
Trying to install 8.04/8.10 on the following
Asus V3-P5G43 Barebone
Intel core duo e2200 @ 2.2GHZ
BIOS: 0304
Buld date: 15/08/08
4G of Mememory
Nvidea 8600GTS 256mb
2x Samsung 18x DVDRW
Samsung 160GB SATA2
Did have 8.10 64bit on was working fine, unfortunately needed 8.04 32bit so zapped it and started trying to install 8.04 32bit.
Essentially the systems black screens after a random length of time once booted from the cd.
Tried the alternative install, crashes after the system does a DHCP on the ethernet to get a connection.
