I'm new to linux ubuntu and I'm using intrepid. I wanted to install ruby on rails using 'turnkey rails', which is an .iso file.

I managed to mount it using Gmount-iso and hoped things would move automatically from there (like with daemon tools in windows).
But alas, nothing happened.... How do I move from here?

I'm an !absolute! beginner.

also, do u think it would be a better idea to install the previous release of ubuntu, I think it has a lot more support right now... (me needs lots of support!)
