I'm a little confused as to the extent of what apt-get does for me. After an apt-get upgrade, do I have to manually re-start services that have been upgraded?
For example, say I see there's a security update for Apache out. I do an apt-get upgrade, and the upgrade gets done for me. Does the system now restart httpd, or do I need to restart it myself?
