View Full Version : [kubuntu] video driver and slow full screen

Hey guys.

I cant seem to get computer working the way i want when i full screen a you tube video especially the high quality version. those embedded video seem to be the biggest issue with my comp. I have compiz working great, i used the nvidia accelerated drivers.

I read that its a driver issue.

i went to the synaptic and installed stuff like envyNG qt and ran that. didnt seem to help. any thoughts. i also want to over clock when i put a bigger heatsink on and couldnt seem to get that to work. I dont know what else to post thanks

now it wont even boot right. before the log in stage where you type your name in it sits there and tried to refresh.

ok after a reinstall its working, i have 8.10 now. i went to adobes website and installed flash 10, fixed
