I miss very few things about windows, but I really miss the feature in windows where if you were in a web browser you could click the scroll wheel and move up and down the page simply by moving the mouse in one direction is there a way to do this in Ubuntu?

I've been able to do it in all of my Ubuntu installs

Now there's a thing, I am sure I used to be able to scroll like that in Ubuntu, but not any more, (obviously didn't often use it) only thing the scroll wheel click does for me is paste if I am in a reply box.

Hmmm...

I could able to do Scroll Button scrolling in Flock 2 beta on last version of the Ubuntu. But I lost that after installing Flock 2. It was working mysteriously, because I never could use the scroll button before and after Flock 2 beta.
