Problem #1:
Straight to the point. I'm running 8.04. I have dual monitors. My problem is monitor #2 is 'slower' than monitor #1. Let's say I click a menu option on monitor #1, it instantly shows. Monitor #2 has a almost a 2 second delay. Can anyone explain why this is, and what I might could do to correct it?
Problem #2:
I can't get more than 2 workspaces on monitor #1, but monitor #2 can go higher. When I go to the workspace switcher preferences on monitor #1, it shows the same number of workspaces I have on monitor #2, but it doesn't actually add them. It's like the option is still editing the amount for #2. Anyone have any ideas for this one?
As far as the video card goes. it's an 8500gt. It's certainly not top of the line, ut it does what I need it to do. The driver is 173.14.12 version.
