Hello All,

I have a garmin GPS unit that was working adequately in Hardy. Mostly I used mapsource running via wine previous, although I did use gpsbabel and viking as well.

Since the upgrade I havent been able to connect. When any of the programs goes looking for the device when I tell it the USB port it simply hangs. Ive tried reinstalling all the drivers and playing around with the blacklisted drivers.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Ahhhh, I got it to work in qlandkarte but still none of the other programs are working.

Oh well, at least I can load my maps on the gps with this. It is a nice program.

I'm having some issues with this too. I have a GPSMap 60CSx and was using the USB to serial and accessing it at /dev/ttyUSB0 but that isn't created any more. It worked on Hardy but not Intrepid. I'll share any additional details if I find out more.
