Hi all,
does anybody know if its possible to do this ?
i have a dlink 624 (rubbish router)
ubuntu web/email/all sorts server
couple of laptops over wifi and a pc
what im after doing is seting the rules on my router to forward all LAN traffic to the linux machine, all traffic from linux to WAN and all WAN incoming traffic to ubuntu using my linux machine as a router/qos/squid.
basically im fed up of not be able to play any online games coz my brother in law is caining my bandwidth (torrents) also id like to learn the whole routing/squid thing.?
im pretty converse with linux and espesially ubuntu(been a user for a few years)
any pointers would be cool,
