Hello,
I just installed Ubuntu 8.10 on my buddies Dell XPS m1530 and everything goes well while doing install in windows, and then when i get to the login part (and even into the desktop), the mouse/touch pad stops working and will occasionally jitter all over the screen. I have no control over either mouse or pad and i have reinstalled it several times. I'm sort of new at this and would appreciate some help, thanks.
