Wubi/ 8.10 install problem

Sincerest apologies if this is not the correct space to ask this question, but our connection in Myanmar is dodgy, so don't really have hours to search. Anyhoo, this seems OK :)

Downloaded 8.10, extracted to DVD. Attempted to use two versions of Wubi, one that was downloaded from their site, and the other that was bundled with the software. Both times, I got the following message:
