Alsamixer options

How can I add tone, bass, midtone options in alsamixer? I only have Master volume.

The new pulse audio only seems to use a master volume, at least that is all I have also. Even using alsa, I have never seen bass or treble controls in alsamixer on any distro.
Some music players like xmms and audacious have equalizers that you can use to adjust the tone to your liking.

Yeah I just dont like the sound for the default audio.
