i have kubuntu 8.10 and i am trying to install a .sh file im getting a error that the folder does not belong to me.
in terminal i am running this
sudo sh nameoffile.sh
it verifies the file then starts to unpack it then it gives me that error in more words than that.
is there a hidden root terminal that i can try or something?
any ideas??
