What do you mean by "it didn't let me"? Do you see any errors, and if so, what are they?

Razzle: I use k3b it is very much like Nero in many ways. Here is a guide on installing it and configuring it to burn MP3 to CDA withouth any conversion process.

Razzle - Put a space between 'vi' and '/etc/fstab'. vi is the editor, /etc/fstab is the file you're trying to edit.

Are you getting any error messages?

No CD/DVD writer found.
K3b did not find an optical writing device in your system. Thus, you will not be able to burn CDs or DVDs. However, you can still use other K3b features like audio track extraction or audio transcoding or ISO9660 image creation

thats the error message i got

Just wondering is your cdrom capable of burning?
