Hi,
I downloaded Ubuntu 8.04 and burned it to CD.
Next, boot from CD and at introduction screen I selected "Install Ubuntu" but nothing happened. The same thing when I selected:
- "Try ubuntu without any change to your computer"
- "Check CD for defects"
Yet, "Test memory" & "Boot from first HD" worked as expected.
The pc I have:
Pentium Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHZ,
1G ram,
200G free HD,
Intel DF31PR board,
GeForce 8400 GS video card
Help will be appreciated.
