I need help with tcl8.5 please

hello guys first im a completely noob on ubuntu so I need someones help
I try to install amsn but i need tcl8.5 dependency I download tcl.85 and i try to install on terminal and i have try others things to but i cant if someone can help me to solve this please

to install aMSN all you have to do is go to Applications>Add/Remove. on the box that says show, make sure you ahve selected "all available applications" and then search for aMSN

How do you try to install amsn? First option is to look in add/remove and Synaptic. The dependencies should be installed automatically with the actual piece of software.
