GTK theme maker???

Okay... googled, tried to ask in Desktop and Customization but very less response there..

Can you guys please please tell me a software to create GTK themes..

I don't think there's one. But in my brief experience modifying themes, I think it's possible to write one that would support most of the gtk theme engines out there.

Murrine has it's own theme configurator but I'm not sure if it supports the latest version of the engine.
