Disappearing shared folder...

I'm using VirtualBox and I have XP as the guest OS. On the main OS I have a folder that's shared between the two. Earlier today I was just listening to some music from the shared folder and all of the sudden the music stops. I turn to look and the shared folder is gone. I checked how much free space I have left just to see if it was deleted or not but it's still the same amount of space so the contents still should be around. So I'm guessing something with VirtualBox or something fouled up and now I can't see or access my shared folder. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Anyone have any suggestions?

Additional note.

I booted up the guest OS and I tried accessing the shared folder from there and this is the message I get:

"An error occurred while reconnecting X: to \\vboxsvr\Shared

VirtualBox Shared Folders : The network name cannot be found.

This connection has not been restored."
