Figured that,

I haven’t used it myself but then I haven’t really heard anything bad.

I personally lament the fact that logmein doesn't support linux.

i find it ok. At the end of the day, one vnc client/server is generally as good as the nexr. I guess it just comes down to personal preference.

For some reason I am trying download the server VNC download but I keep getting the client could some one please give me link to a server download please.

VNC works well for me but remember to secure it over SSH!!!

For what?

OK sounds like a silly question but do you mean from 'viewing' a windows PC from ubuntu etc! I use it quite happily for this. Seems to work well etc. Think you need the paid for version for good security.
