Ok I can not seem to get it installed. I used this disk before and i KNOW it is good. When I try to boot to live cd and when I try to install I get this BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-5 ubuntu 12) Built-in shell (ash) and it says (initramfs) or something like that. I have read about this problem and can't solve it. I have one HD and it is not formatted. My dvd drive is connected via sata as well as my HD. I really need help. I used g-parted to delete all the partitions by the way.

It seems to be working. I would have installed 8.10 in the first place but I am lending my disk to a friend. I just had to make a new one.
