Oracle XE

I installed Oracle XE 10.x but Im having problem connecting to it.

I try to connect through localhost:8080/apex but I get error that its unavalible

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:8080

Any ideas?

BTW my user is in dba group!
