Can someone recommend me a portable instant-messaging app to run from a USB stick? My requirements: available for Windows, supporting ICQ network, and of course as small as possible.

or you could use meebo.com, a handy website which lets you use multiple protocols at once, (if you register for a meebo account, and it also saves logs, buddy lists, etc)
