OEM configure panels for end users

I would like to change the panels of my ubuntu oem installation so my custormers will login the first time with different desktop settings.
I changed all the other things, icons, backgrounds, menus, but i would like to add awn to all sessions, to delete the bottom panel and to change some settings of the top panel like switchdesktop icon, remove firefox icon and so on. How can i do that?

You can run an OEM install of Ubuntu by pressing F4 at the boot screen of the installation disk.

The first time the machine boots it should login and let you change any settings you want and when it next boots it will start the setup wizard to let customers set up accounts and passwords etc. :)
