Multipul Perl releases on one ubuntu box

Hey,

First time posting here so if I'm in the wrong section I do apologise.

I'm trying to install multiple releases of perl on one machine and I can't find anything online to help me do it.

My OS is ubuntu 6.06, which has perl-5.8.7 already, but I need to install perl-5.6.1 also.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FYI: I've just upgraded to version 8.04 of ubuntu so I now have perl-5.8.8
I still need to have perl-5.6.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
