How to install Ubuntu 8.10 Server without Internet connection

I would like to install Ubuntu Server 8.10 without an Internet connection. Currently, the Ubuntu Server Installer would connect to the Internet and download files for the installation process.

Isn't it just fetching updates? It should install fine without internet connection
