lots of kernels how to remove them ?

i have lots of kernels in my boot manager how can i remove whats not needed ?

It is fine to have many kernels.. that is normal. Are you that low on space?

yes i'm on low on space and for some reason even recover does not boot, i want to make sure i only have the correct functional kernels
